The War Against the Imagination
given by the Rev.
Mark Glovin
Muriel Rukeyser said, “The world is
composed of stories, not atoms.” The stories we tell weave the fabric of
the world around us. And so using the lens of pronoia,
we have to be mindful of our narrative: what stories do we tell, expose
ourselves to, and immerse ourselves in?

Sisters in Spirit: A reflection in honor of Women’s History
Month
given by the Rev.
Kitsy Winthrop
Few of us--women or men--know much, if anything, about some
important chapters in human history that were “written” by women. Today
Kitsy will bring us one of those “chapters,” a story that amazed her when
she first heard it. Kitsy served us very part-time from 1996 to 1998 and
continues to tell us we are one of her favorite congregations, along with
the two she currently serves--in Edgecomb, Maine
and Saint John, New Brunswick.
